Really nourishing!

This cream is amazing, from the texture and smell, to the results. It feels just as moisturizing as the original skin food, just lighter texture that absorbs faster and needs less spreading effort. My face is never dry, never irritated, ... I've had no reactions whatsoever, and it has kept me perfectly moisturized and soothed for many weeks now. Also, this is a flip cap instead of the twist cap so it's more convenient. Would repurchase and recommend.

This is a great moisturizer. It keeps my skin nice and moisturized not greasy and no strong scent. Also it doesn't wear off fast I'll be purchasing more soon and would recommend this product to others.

Really great lotion!

I really liked this lotion. It goes on well, and absorbs pretty quickly. It has a very nice, light clean scent, and it made my skin feel moisturized and healthy. I tried the light cream, and it was thick and ... heavy enough to make my dry hands feel happy and healthy. I also used it on my face and had no irritation or breakouts. It is a thick lotion, so I only used it on the areas of my skin that get overly dry - my cheeks mostly. This is a very luxurious cream, and I recommend!

Amazing!

Nourishing cream!

This is a great companion to the original skin food product. I find that I can use this during the day on my dry, dehydrated skin - especially in winter time. It delivers great moisture without being overtly heavy and ... is a good base pre-foundation. And the fact that it does free from the yucky parabens and phthalates is a plus.

Natural and Effective!

I love that Weleda Skin Food Light is made with so many amazing, proven natural ingredients. I especially love the Beeswax, sunflower oil and lanolin. This cream is somewhat thick and has a soft citrusy, grapefruit scent. It initially leaves ... a slight residue but does fully absorb into my skin. I use ot at night before bed and wake up with soft skin that is beautiful and radiant! Surprisingly I have had no breakouts from this product. It's a lifesaver in the winter for sure! I was looking for something that could keep my skin soft when I came across this great product called Weleda-Skin Food Light. This product can be used on your knees, elbows, and even heels. This is an all over body ... lotion that gets rid of unusually dry skin. It is a great moisturizer as well as keeping your skin looking beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

My skin can be very picky with what moisturizers it likes, It is sensitive yet can be oily at times. Weleda Light nourishing cream seems to do an excellent job for me. The scent is kind of herbal but I ... like it and find it soothing. I love that this product is free from parabens, phthalates, synthetic preservatives and fragrances! When reading the ingredients the first ingredient is water. I will continue to use this in my face it has become my favorite by far and my go to moisturizer.

Wonderful for winter skin

First off, I have been trying to use more natural products lately. I love that this is free from synthetic preservatives, fragrances, colorants, and mineral oil. I mainly use it on my face and I love the smell from the ... herbal blend of chamomile, calendula, and pansy. It's on the stronger side, but definitely not overwhelming. It absorbs super-quickly into my skin and isn't too heavy or greasy. My face can get dry and flaky in the winter, and this has brought such relief to my skin. Totally recommend!

This feels so smooth on my skin. It's not oily and absorbs quickly so there's no sticky feeling after application. It doesn't have a strong smell either which I like. My skin stayed moisturized, never felt Rilke it was drying ... out. I wish I had a larger tube! I'll definitely be purchasing more.

Great for locking in moisture!

I'm trying to clean up my beauty routine a little bit and this is a good product that has fewer icky ingredients. Like the label says this is a very light, but creamy moisturizer that goes on smooth and absorbs ... nicely into the skin. It has a nice citrusy scent, which I personally love, but it does dissipate quickly. I like to use this immediately after a bath and it leaves my skin feeling so soft and hydrated. If you're looking for a more clean moisturizer that makes your skin feel soft and supple without harsh chemicals or sticky residues this is an excellent choice.

Great moisturizer

I'm impressed with this moisture, it smells good, and its not greasy. Love that it absorbs quickly so you can put your makeup on right after. The things that attracted me is that it doesn't have any parabens, or synthetic ... preservatives, and how great that it's food based? I wanted to find something natural to use while I'm pregnant, and I'm happy with this product I didn't have any negative reactions to it. Can't wait to try the anti wrinkle face products.

I am obsessed with this cream! I can totally see why they call it skin food because it's so awesome and nourishing to your skin and I feel like I'm doing something good for face every time I use it. ... It's light, creamy, smells good, and leaves my face super moisturized all day without any greasy residue. Now I know you can use it on your body but nothing is drier than face especially in the winter so that's where I focus and it helps so much, I just apply a little bit (it goes a long way!) before my makeup and my face feels amazing all day and then some

This hand cream is wonderful! It nourishes my dry hands and actually lasts quite some time! It has an exceptionally pretty aroma that isn't overpowering. It leaves just a tad bit more slickness after you get it put on but ... it doesn't last very long and soaks into your skin. I love it

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I've been using for approximately 2 weeks. So far I've noticed it's intensely hydrating. I can really notice that it's still on in the mornings when I get up. I ... don't think I would use it during the day. It's a very thin product but I do notice it on my skin. The scent is probably the one thing I don't care for too much... although definitely not bad enough not to continue its use!

I like this moisturizer. It it's good at really getting in your pores and cleaning your skin but I kind of don't like the oily feeling it leaves. It is great at hydrating you but I think it's too oily ... for me.

I don't think Ill ever go back

So I have to say that after my last skincare product breaking me out I wasn't thrilled about trying another. Except my skin has basically been like the desert but without all the cracks and it has needed and wanted ... moisturizer for a couple of moons. So I tried this and I have to say I am ecstatic that I did and I don't think I'll ever go back to any of my old moisturizers again. I am in love . From the smell to the application . This lotion is lightly scented but it-lasts for awhile. Its a great morning or night time moisturizer and its not oil based which means no breakouts or clogged pores! It soaks in quickly but leaves my face feeling fresh not greasy. Id buy this as a gift for gift baskets or just for myself again. I'm looking forward to trying their other products. I love how its kept my skin clean and my skin glowing. I'm not wearing foundation in this picture.

Good option

I used this in place of my usual product and while it works well I'm not sure I would switch. This is not to say it's not good. It does almost everything it says it will do but my skin ... did have a little reaction to it initially. This may be normal for some when changing products. I did notice that my skin was a little drier using this (but to be fair I also have to consider the colder temperatures in my area contributing to the dryness). I think this would be better suited for me during the spring and summer months but I will continue to use it until it's gone while modifying my regime a little

Moisturizes well, but didn't like the smell

This is a really good product if you need some extra moisture in your skin, and perfect to use in the winter time for dry skin. I have to say I have mixed feelings about it, it did dry quickly ... and moisturize really well but I felt it was a little too greasy (or maybe I just used too much) one of the things I didn't really like was the smell, it really bothered me. I do like that it's naturally based so it has good-for-you ingredients which is important for something you're using on your skin. Overall, it's not a product that I would use on a regular basis but I would suggest it someone who's looking for a natural product.

I've been using this product for a few weeks now and love it. It smells great, goes on smooth and keeps my skim hydrated without feeling greasy. I like to use it before applying make up in the morning and ... after I remove it at night. It soaks in well and even lasts on my hands after a washing or two. You can always tell a good product by how much you have to use and with this... barely a drop! I would definitely recommend this product.

Awesome Hand Cream

I'm a healthcare worker and I have to wash my hands or use sanitizer a lot so my hands have been SEVERELY dry and rough and I also have hand eczema. I was at a loss of what to buy ... at the store and I wanted something all natural. I have tried so many hand lotion/cream products. So I found this hand cream and it's saved my hands and it didn't sting when I put it on. My hands look and feel so much better. It's does kind of have a strong smell, but it's a pleasant smell.

Pleasantly Surprised

I am an 18 year old girl who just recently stopped struggling with acne. I occasionally get a breakout, but nothing severe. I have pretty big pores, so I am very afraid to use anything that is too creamy. But ... this cream makes my skin feel so nourished and it literally makes it glow! I will always purchase this! Perfect compliment to Skin Food Original

Much lighter than Original & smells the same. Also doesn't bother my rosacea. I'm in a very dry winter climate, so this isn't enough for winter by itself, but it will be great this summer. Right now it's perfect mixed ... half & half w/Original, it absorbs nicely & doesn't affect makeup. This summer I'm gonna use the half & half mix if I don't want regular eye cream.

Super moisturizing!

I honestly love this cream. I've tried a sample of the normal Skin Food and use it as an eye cream now as it's super thick. This light version works fantastic as a night care moisturizer! I have oily and ... blemished skin which gets dry after cleansing. Initially I tried this product as a day moisturizer and at first it feels amazing but it makes my skin more oily very quick. (Which is why it's not technically a face cream hah.) It great price value as well, definitely lasts long enough because you don't need much. Therefore: Works fantastic for the night or probably in any other dry area of your skin. Perfect allrounder.
