Please note that due to reduced working hours we are now dispatching orders Monday to Thursday every week. All orders received after 3pm on Thursdays  will be dispatched on the following week. Please note that there might be a delay in dispatch and deliveries due to the volume of parcels being processed at this time.

Which Credit Cards Does Weleda Accept?

We accept Debit and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) and these are processed via eWAY.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

All prepaid internet orders are processed and shipped on the same day if received before 2.30pm NZ time. Thursday orders received after 3.00pm NZ time will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Orders received after 3.00pm NZ time the day prior to a public holiday will be shipped when Weleda New Zealand reopens on the next business day. 

How will my package be shipped, and what does it cost?

All orders are shipped airmail.

We generally charge a flat fee per order, assuming order weight is 1kg or less:

  • Within New Zealand – NZD$5.00
  • To Australia – NZD$10.00
  • Internationally - NZD$30.00* (*untracked)

Due to weight and customs restrictions for packages weighing over 1kg we are unable to guarantee delivery to destinations outside New Zealand at the shipping price shown. In these instances we will either refund the purchase or contact the customer to make alternate arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to process orders that are shipped to destinations outside of New Zealand. We are unable to ship to Africa, South America, Romania, Israel, Indonesia and Singapore.

How can I track my order?

For any orders being sent to New Zealand or Australia, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. For any orders being sent to any countries other than New Zealand and Australia the order will not be tracked. ---- International orders are sent untracked and at the purchaser's risk--

What is your returns policy?

Every care has been taken to ensure our high quality products have been sent via safe and secure packing of your order.
We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged and will of course meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All New Zealand orders are refundable if they are defective or damaged only. 
For returns, please contact our Customer Care team within 10 days of receipt of your order, by emailing webshop@weleda.co.nz 
We will work with your request on an individual basis.
Please note goods cannot be returned for orders sent outside New Zealand.

If you purchased your Weleda product from a retail store or another online store, please contact them directly for their return policy.
