» Environmentally friendly sourcing and processing for raw materials. We use around 1,000 natural raw materials for our products. Roses and pomegranates from Turkey, iris and argan oil from Morocco, sesame seed oil from Mexico and lemons from Argentina and Italy are just a few examples. All around the world, we promote biodiversity and support organic and socially sustainable cultivation projects.

» Biodynamic® cultivation. The company's own biodynamic cultivation of medicinal plants has a long tradition. In addition to the gardens in Switzerland and France, Schwäbisch Gmünd in Germany is primarily the central production site for plant extracts. Here, in the largest medicinal plant garden in Europe, around 260 species are cultivated, including calendula and euphrasia.

» Fair Trade is something we’ve been passionately committed to even before there was a popular buzzword for it. It’s an organized social movement by which companies empower small producers and promote sustainability. When sourcing raw materials, we work together with local partners, small-scale farming initiatives and cultivation projects around the world. In order to gather all of the ingredients we need for our products, we develop and cultivate partnerships throughout the world while committing to sustainable and fair practices.

» Climate neutrality. We aim for CO2-neutral transport of goods and packages.
