NZ Delivery : All urban deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
If you are not available, you will be left a card with contact details to arrange for a re delivery or to collect your parcel at your nearest NZ Courier depot.
Rural (RD address) customers deliveries will be signed for at their rural delivery depot and on delivered by NZ Post.
The NZ Post delivery is NOT signature only.
Whilst we will give assistence in the event of a non delivery all pre paid orders are depatched at the customers risk.
NB: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Overseas Delivery: All parcels are despatched by air mail through New Zealand Post. Should your order not arrive within the 3-10 day delivery target please be aware that we are unable to lodge a missing parcel enquiry with New Zealand Post until 21 working days have elapsed from time of despatch..
